There are also many personalized announcements you can create too. Birth and baby announcements, wedding and engagement announcements, graduation announcements, photo announcements and even moving announcements! So many ideas here. :) Below are some samples of my invitation designs. These are just samples, you can do many different things to make them your own personal creation. With these invitation samples I added my own text, and I used a few photoshop brushes too. You can also add personal photos, and clip art. Make them your own creation!

This is how I create 4x6 invitations or announcements. I create the look and feel of my card using my textures, add some text if needed. Save my project to my desktop. Printing them out is simple. When I click on the photo, I select print, then the photo printing wizard pops up. When I get to the layout selection, I choose 4x6 cutout prints (there will be 3) or 4x6 album prints (there will be 2) Then I print them out, and cut them down to size. When creating these you can add the text info, or print them out and write the information by hand. I use card stock paper when creating my card projects. There are many templates and card programs out there that you can use also. Use their instructions to create the invitation or announcement and import my textures and add your text. Then follow their instructions on how to print. Good luck!
